The Role:
We’re looking for a Community Specialist located in Prosper Texas, to join our social media and content team. This role is all about connecting with our audience, amplifying trends, and helping bring RYSE to life online. You’ll be the first line of engagement, responding to customers and creators, spotting viral moments, supporting the content team with creative ideas, and occasionally appearing on camera for social content.

You’ll be the first line of engagement, responding to customers and creators, spotting viral moments, supporting the content team with creative ideas, and occasionally appearing on camera for social content.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and engage with our social communities across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and UGC in a timely, on-brand way.
- Identify trending topics, viral videos, and cultural moments relevant to the RYSE audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm, create, and amplify social campaigns inspired by in-the-moment trends.
- Support the execution of campaigns by providing insights from community engagement.
- Appear on camera for social content, from quick trend-driven videos to campaign activations.
- Help report on social performance and audience sentiment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for fitness, nutrition, and wellness culture.
- Social media savvy, with a finger on the pulse of TikTok, Instagram trends, and viral content.
- Comfortable on camera with strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written communication skills and a fun, engaging brand voice.
- Proactive and creative—able to spot trends and turn them into actionable ideas.
- Experience with social engagement or community management preferred.
